Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed upon signed proforma and cleared payment per the agreed terms. Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on stock availability and shipping logistics.
Shipping & Export
Shipping method, Incoterms and destination-country compliance (customs, labelling, registration) are the buyer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
